PP&P has been set up to kick off a fresh start for our planet & for ourselves.

Because: we're all ONE PLANET...

We're ALL born of this planet (we're all 'planetary').

As we are ONE PLANET we are united by our common 'planetary' natures & rights.
"My motivation is ALL of us - whatever/whoever we are - getting to thrive, as we deserve. PP&P is my way of making that happen, here & now, creating honest spaces for ALL of the creatures in each space to live wild & free, together. (And I hope that the spaces will also act as templates/examples to educate anyone who wants to learn from them, on how our planet can truly be a paradise)."
Paradisiacal Places (& Properties) is an idea that turns wasted spaces & dilapidated properties into 'wow' places/properties for humans & all other local creatures to thrive in, together. Each space will be a 'here & now' example of how our planet could actually be - if we humans are just honest with ourselves - a 'planetary paradise'.
And the funds raised to purchase/renovate the land & property aren't just invested to benefit one lot of humans & other creatures...
The 'places & properties' are designed, in advance (with the local community dictating what they'd like to use the place/property for) to be monetised in such a way that 'forever income' is also generated to help to fund important causes to try & enable ALL vulnerable humans & other creatures to live the lives they were born to: their BEST existences.
We are in the process of raising £1,000,000 for our first ‘PP&P’ properties. These properties will be monetised to provide a return on investment, to fund a home for disabled vulnerable people in Swaziland.

Why have I launched PP&P?
I've launched PP&P because a fresh start for our planet starts with us. What happens when we humans are honest with ourselves & one another?

PP&P has been born from 24 years of working in human, animal & environmental welfare. The places/properties that I want to turn from 'wasted places' into 'wow spaces/properties' are a practical, immediate way to revolutionize our planet, so that we can all thrive, together.
The key is purely to be honest with ourselves. Why? Because our current overall human relationship with our planet could be described as back to front & inside out: this is because we humans appear to have a predominantly dishonest relationship with our planet, ourselves & others. It is this dishonesty that seems to be undermining our 'planetary well being', yet there is no reason for this state of affairs to continue.

PP&P IS TO ENABLE OUR PLANET TO BE A PARADISE: HERE & NOW
HONEST SPACES & PLACES.
Each place & property will be example of a 'planetary paradise' (all creatures in the space/place living wild & free & thriving together).
Each place & property will be repurposed (renovating 'waste' into wow: a space where everyone can thrive, together).
FOR EXAMPLE...
Finding a space & property that is no longer really wanted or appreciated: perhaps it's been left empty / needs a change of purpose / has become run down.
- Asking humans in the area (in the local community) what sort of NEW space / place they'd like the 'wasted' space to become, to make the most of it.
THEN...
Renovating (& wildscaping) the place & property into a space where ALL of the creatures present (humans, wildlife, plantlife, buglife, & more) can thrive together.
AND...
My hope is that we can find a way, in EVERY property, to turn part of it into FREE spaces for both stray & rescue animals to also benefit from. (If we can purchase spaces with LOTS of land, I'd like larger rescue animals - especially those who have survived farming or laboratory conditions - to have spaces to thrive).
[Animal Rescues - for any/all kinds of animals - often struggle for income to fund spaces for the animals in their care. I'm hoping that, by pre-allocating space within each 'paradisiacal property/place' for vulnerable rescue animals - or by designing them to be safe spaces for stray populations - we can enable a fairer world for us all, together, and provide more of a chance for those most in need of kindness.]
AND FINALLY...
The income generated from each property (not only making each space/place self sustaining but ALSO manifesting supplementary funds. ie. 'profit') will be invested into lots of other ways to enable EVERY planetary creature - all of us - to live wild & free & thrive together.
HERE'S SOME EXAMPLES OF THE KIND OF 'PARADISIACAL PLACES & PROPERTIES' I'D LIKE TO MAKE HAPPEN....
- The local community might want a local space for well being (full fitness) dancing, mother & baby groups, crafting, book clubs, music spaces & more.
- The local community might want a workshop space to create local products / store their products / sell them from.
- The local community might want a 'hub' for local remote workers or entrepreneurs to work from & get to know one another.
(AND THE CAUSES THAT I'D LIKE THE 'PROFIT' GENERATED FROM THEM, TO GO TOWARDS)...
- Investing in new homes for vulnerable humans (wherever they are in the world: we are ONE planet, after all).
- Investing in various causes that enable the freedom of humans & ALL animals.
- Investing in changes in legislation that recognise the rights of ALL of us (whatever/whoever we are) to live life on our own terms.
AND REPEAT...
Finding the next place/property & enabling another spot in our world to BE a planetary paradise, for everyone local to thrive in, together (and to create more 'forever funding' to invest into the causes that will see us ALL, wild & free).

A personal note...
PP&P is, to me, the end result of all of my interest in human welfare (to start with) then human and animal welfare & then in an overall 'planetary' welfare.
It has been an ongoing mission, since I was 22 & it's taught me how to fail - over & over again - & how to keep going, even if I have had to become a very different person, to finally make it happen.
Our first PP&P places & properties will be funded & wildscaped & monetised slowly. Running the Wildlife Care Badge, UK Wildlife Transporters & Wildscaping Worldwide (all as a combination of ways to try to enable a planet in which we humans are honest with ourselves & celebrate all creatures, whatever/whoever we are) I don't want to drop those important efforts, while I bring PP&P about.
PP&P will require significantly more funding than I have ever raised for my other ventures (which are still small but growing quickly).
PP&P will start by being funded by the Play Your Way Game & by inviting anyone who likes the idea of manifesting a 'planetary paradise' (one spot at a time) to join this mailing list. (You won't get any marketing / sales bits: just updates).
